Hillside enjoys a quiet yet extremely central St Ives location. Just off the high-street, Skidden Hill slopes down towards Westcotts Quay and the famous St Ives Arts Club and the Porthminster Gallery where wonderful original works by the St. Ives School can be purchased.

You can enjoy a flat, pedestrianised walk along to the main harbour, with its adjacent beaches on the Island including Bamaluz, Porthgwidden and Porthmeor all within easy reach.  Porthminster beach, home to the famous Porthminster Café, calm blue water and expansive sandy beach is just two minutes in the other direction.

The house is also just a few minutes’ walk from the main station, which is perfect for those arriving by train or wishing to spend an afternoon hopping on and off the scenic St Ives Bay Line to Carbis Bay, Lelant and beyond.

Restaurants, shops and bars are all within easy walking distance making Hillside the perfect place from which to enjoy St Ives.
