With a fun, laidback vibe and nautical theme, the cottages are all uniquely special.  Iris is supremely spacious, perfect for a couple but can accommodate up to four, while Wella easily sleeps four and Juliot is a romantic retreat for two. There is something for everyone here. Iris and Wella are upside-down cottages with bedrooms downstairs and light-filled living spaces upstairs, to make the most of the famous St Ives light. Juliot is single level, so easily accessible.

For a special occasion or family get-together try The Garth set in the traditional heart of St Ives. Purchased in 2015, the cottages are in the prettiest street in St Ives, a prime location. The then derelict cottages here were transformed with no expense spared, and using local craftspeople where possible. They were ready by 2018, to enable visitors to live the St Ives dream, with beaches within 5 minutes walk.

Dine outside ‘en famille’ in the courtyard (perfect for a barbeque or summer evening party) or all meet up at super-spacious Iris with its lovely huge range cooker and a large table to comfortably seat everyone. All of the kitchens are George Robinson designed with top-notch equipment, so everyone can bring something to the table.

For a large but discerning party size of 10, you can book all three cottages, meaning you have 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 3 reserved parking spaces, probably unique in St Ives.

While any children safely sleep, you can spend your evenings sociably together in the private gated courtyard with patio heater, enjoying a glass of vino outdoors, but remaining close to hand for little ones. Perfect for extended families, or groups of friends seeking something just a little special, this is a gorgeous place to stay providing privacy but space to socialise.
