Luxury town house in St Ives
Waves End was built in 1873 for a St Ives sea captain and more recently has been sympathetically renovated into a luxury holiday abode, complete with an indulgent hot tub and contemporary interior decor. This large family sized townhouse is located close to the centre of St Ives, with its shops, galleries and beaches, making it easy to walk out of the front door and straight into your holiday.
When you’re not out exploring this vibrant Cornish town, you will find the open plan living area an ideal place to spend family time together. Whether that is cooking a family meal in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoying it at your dining table, or relaxing in front of the TV together. When you need to soak those achy muscles, relax in style with your hot tub and a glass of wine, while you stargaze under Cornwall’s magnificent skies.
The master bedroom has a super king-sized bed to sink into after a hard day at the beach and enjoys spectacular views out to sea over St Ives’ harbour. The king-sized bedroom benefits from an en-suite bathroom for added privacy and for the young ones there is a twin bedroom that also has sea views. The fourth bedroom is adaptable, with zip and link single beds that can also be made into a king-sized bed. Upstairs there is a family bathroom, but should you require additional facilities there is a downstairs shower room and toilet too.
Waves End is not only a sumptuous retreat but it is practical, with all you need to make your stay enjoyable. From baby gates to storage for surfboards, it’s the little things that make this townhouse a joy to stay at. With parking for your car and unlimited free Wifi, you will feel perfectly at home.
Short breaks are available September to May and occasionally last minute, please contact the owner for prices.
