Ground floor

• BEDROOM 1 – with ensuite, a bespoke blue sea mural frames the king size bed with fantastic views to the beach. Designer fabric curtains and furnishings complete the look. The bedroom leads to a private dressing room and a luxurious wet room with hand glazed tiles. A French door allows access to wonder out onto the patio terrace.
• BEDROOM 2 – with ensuite, a king size bed framed by a bespoke mural with co-ordinating designer ombre fabric curtains, along with luxurious furniture and accessories. A French door opens out onto the patio terrace to enjoy the beach view. There’s also an ensuite with shower.
• BEDROOM 3 –  there’s a zip ‘n’ link bed to be set up as a twin bedroom or super king. The bespoke wall mural, white shutters and co-ordinating furnishings, including a large wardrobe, accentuate the beach style.
• BEDROOM 4 – featuring a zip ‘n’ link bed to be set up as a twin bedroom or super king. There’s a bespoke sunset mural plus a wardrobe and white shutters.
• FAMILY BATHROOM – designer lily pad tiles and luxury fittings, with a bath and a separate shower enclosure.
• The hallway has a doorway for independent exterior access, leading to a side passage for access to the patio terrace.

First floor

• SNUG ROOM – Decorated in bold colours and furnishings, with seating to offer an escape to read, watch TV or get your gaming fix with the Xbox.
• UTILITY ROOM – A separate room with sink unit, washing machine and tumble dryer. An iron and ironing board are also provided for the convenience of guests.
• Separate WC and wash basin.
• OPEN-PLAN LOUNGE / DINING / KITCHEN. A huge social space with washed oak flooring, blue oxide clad wall with coordinating furniture and artwork. The entire beach-facing wall comprises of full width and full height bifold doors opening onto a glass balustraded balcony (complete with bean bags), ensuring the view permeates everywhere in the room.
• THE KITCHEN area offers modern design and facilities, with a built in fridge freezer, dishwasher, wine cooler, oven and a five-burner gas hob. There’s a microwave and Tassimo coffee machine. Specialist Dekton worktop with waterfall side panels encase the large island with four stools, and continue along the work surfaces.
• DINING AREA – features a bespoke concrete top table and eight Kartell Masters chairs.
• LOUNGE – featuring a large L-shaped sofa, accompanied by two coral orange swivel leather armchairs. There’s a modern wood-burning stove and a large Sky Glass Smart TV is positioned on the wall for easy viewing. There’s also a Bose sound system.

Outside areas

• The block paved private driveway at the front of the house offers parking for 2 cars.
• A large stone walled terrace lies between the car parking and the entrance to the house, which can be used as an ideal place to store surf boards and beach equipment for easy access.
• The rear patio terrace hosts a seating and dining area, along with a charcoal BBQ, providing spectacular views over the beach.
• The sloping section of the garden is an escape for the adults, planted as a coastal garden and is protected by a coastal style barrier.
• There’s an outside shower for rinsing salty surfers, sandy children and muddy dogs.
