Pier View is a stunning, end terrace house located right in the heart of Downalong, St Ives. Located between the harbour, Porthgwidden beach and The Island. An immaculate, recently refurbished and impeccably presented accommodation over four floors with splendid, picturesque views over Smeaton’s Pier towards Porthminster beach to the rear.
Step inside the wonderful open spaces of this beautiful and striking property set over four floors. Pier View is all set to impress for a very special holiday. Gather as a family or group and immerse yourself in Cornish luxury.
Arrive into a spacious atrium with a shower room to the right and ample storage for all the holiday kit. Leading into the light and welcoming kitchen and dining space. Dine in style around the large custom made metallic dining table and enjoy good conversation and time with friends and family. The modern kitchen offers all you could need to fuel the holiday makers!
Pier View offers two relaxed sitting rooms on the first floor. The living room has a bar area with an under counter wine cooler, the perfect place for practicing your mixology before taking a seat on the large L shaped sofa to admire the harbour view or to watch something on the Smart TV. The family room just next door has been thoughtfully and luxuriously styled with an abundance of comfortable seating space with a gas fire and plenty of room to play a game of cards or a board game.
The second floor boasts two large bedrooms. The super king bedroom has an en suite shower room and the twin bedroom which has beautiful sea views has access to the family bathroom. The third and final floor reveals the light flooded king master bedroom with spectacular sea views over Smeaton’s pier towards Porthminster beach. This bedroom also benefits from an ensuite shower room.
Pier View offers an outside shower, perfect for de sanding after a trip to one the beaches, a sun trap patio space with bench seating, table and chairs and one off site parking space.
