A holiday home with spectacular views of Porthkidney beach...

Overlinks house has been placed in a rather rare and special secret beauty spot on the west Cornish coast. Boasting spectacular far-reaching views of Porthkidney beach from the front of the house, the popular coastal village of St Ives is only a short drive away.

This spacious family home comfortably sleeps eight, across four well-appointed and spacious bedrooms, three of which have their own en-suite bath or shower rooms.

For the ultimate home from home experience, Overlinks is the perfect house for a family gathering or celebration, with its generous open plan kitchen, leading into a rather impressive conservatory area. This striking space comes complete with a large dining table seating eight, an extraordinary place to sit back and enjoy a family meal, with stunning sea views to boot. There’s also a glass-fronted balcony to soak up views over the fields and beyond to the ocean.

Parking isn’t a problem at Overlinks. There is room for as many as six cars on the private driveway and a beautiful gardens and patio area provide plenty of room for outside activities. The property has recently added a blissful hot tub so guests can take relaxation to new heights. The bubbling hot tub is positioned in a private and secluded section of the back garden. There’s also a gas BBQ and plenty of outdoor seating to appreciate the countryside views.

Golf lovers will also welcome the closeness of the West Cornwall Golf Course, which is adjacent to the house. At Overlinks guests get the best of both worlds, set back in an enviable location with stunning St Ives close by. Why not catch the train from nearby Lelant Saltings? That way, you can enjoy meandering St Ives’ cobbled streets, visit its many art galleries and fantastic restaurants without the stress of parking the car.

Our party of six had a wonderful stay at "Overlinks" in Lelant which is the gateway to St Ives. The stunning property has a panoramic view over a golf course in the foreground and the seven miles of golden beaches from the Hayle river estuary to Godrevy lighthouse. The house is situated in a quiet setting only 5 minutes from the A30, making it a great base to see West Cornwall. Within easy reach of Lands End, Falmouth, Penzace, The Lizard and other places of interest too numerous to list here. Letting agents "Cornish Secrets" were extremely helpful with all our needs, helping to make the holiday enjoyable and memorable. Many thanks.

One of the best views in Cornwall makes this property special!

The views from upstairs are amazing, beach and golf course. Ensuite rooms and well equipped kitchen, enough parking for all. Not to far to St Ives on the train, only a couple of minutes on the train with lots to see and do when you get there. We will be back next year!

Perfect location, fantastic views!
