About the cottage

About Ocean Skies

Perched high above the dramatic cliffs of Porthtowan on Cornwall’s north coast, Ocean Skies is a truly special luxury coastal retreat where contemporary design meets the raw beauty of the Atlantic. With panoramic sea views stretching as far as the eye can see, this exceptional four-bedroom holiday home in Porthtowan is made for unforgettable escapes — whether you’re gathering with family and friends, planning a surf-filled break, or simply craving a breath of salty air and total switch-off.

From the moment you step inside, Ocean Skies feels quietly impressive. The open-plan living spaces are flooded with natural light, and floor-to-ceiling sliding doors in the bedrooms and main living areas frame the ocean like living artwork — turning every sunrise and sunset into something you’ll want to pause for. Rich leather Darlings of Chelsea Chesterfield sofas, bespoke oak pieces and carefully curated Neil Canning artworks create a relaxed, grown-up feel: stylish, comfortable, and never fussy. A striking sweeping spiral staircase adds sculptural drama and links the spaces beautifully, giving the home a real sense of flow.
