Based on an open plan living arrangement on one floor, the property has a modern, contemporary feel with two bedrooms – one king and one twin. The property also has a spacious family bathroom and a stylish island kitchen which comes fully equipped. Every aspect of the property is completed to a very high standard, and the excellent location adds to the sense of being immersed in the varied culture of St. Ives.
Near the Tate Gallery and within easy reach of the famous B3306 coast road to St. Just, the property comes with a parking space – unique to many properties in St. Ives. It is also not far away from some of the very best Cornish walks and provides a unique stay near the very best of what West Cornwall can offer.

Please note that there could be building work in front of the apartment. There has been a dormant site for several year’s but they have started some work on it but unfortunately its very random and they do not advise us when. The site is lower than the apartment so does not obscure the view but there could be some noise. The price has been reduced to allow for any disturbance.

Fantastic, spacious apartment. All the comforts from home. Lovely sea views from living room and main bedroom. Ideally located for surfing beach at Porthmeor and short walk into town for shops, restaurants and pubs. Highly recommended. Great host.
What a beautiful place to relax, unwind and watch the weather unfold from the balcony. The description of this place is more than accurate, it is tidy, clean and comfortable. The close proximity to the shops and restaurants and beaches of the centre of St Ives is incredible.
This space worked brilliantly for us to relax with our 20 month old. The flat is wonderfully spacious and open, close to beaches and shops, and the view is stunning. The covered balcony was the perfect romantic spot for us to sit after we put our son to bed, rain or shine. It was safely enclosed for him to be out there at breakfast as well so we really spent most of our time just on that balcony. At the end, we probably even would have rather cooked in more than gone out to the restaurants.
Brilliant location and views. The apartment itself is also immaculate and furnished to an amazingly high standard. Loved it from the moment we stepped inside. Great value.
I would like to thank the staff at Cornish secrets for helping me find a last minute holiday in St Ives, all queries were answered quickly and they were always very friendly. The accommodation was lovely and walking distance to restaurants and beaches.
