Step through and be greeted with minimalistic, modern design as you make your way into the high tech home that offers all the luxuries of a five star hotel right in the heart of Newquay. The living room features a luxe low line chaise lounge surrounding a curved HD smart TV with access to all your favourite streaming apps.

The modern streamlined kitchen comes fully integrated with top-class appliances including an induction hob, oven and microwave along with a full size fridge/freezer and a dishwasher to take care of all the cleaning up. Start the day right with a Nespresso coffee while sitting up at the island bar, while you keep the chef company and set the mood of the house using the smart home system on the iPad.

Upstairs on the second level you’ll find two generous bedrooms. The first bedroom is ideal for families with two single beds while the second offers an ultra-comfortable bed topped with hotel quality linen and bedding. There is a sitting area that looks out to the sweeping views of Newquay from the large windows and an ensuite shower room.

The second floor bathroom features heated mirrors and towel rails, underfloor heating and luxurious fittings all around, including a full size bath and rain shower.

Make your way up to the third level where you will find the master suite offering a beautiful architectural design with a plush bed complete with built-in SmartTV and a skylight window that fills the room with natural light.

The sparkling ensuite bathroom offers guests a spa like experience with a large walk in shower, quality amenities and soft fluffy towels.

Stay in at night and enjoy dinner at the elegant dining table and then challenge your friends with a selection of board games to keep everyone entertained while you play music from the in-ceiling audio system. Open up the large double glass doors and head out onto your own spacious patio garden, the perfect place to sit and relax with a glass or two of wine after a day spent exploring.

  • The living area boasts a large low-level chaise sofa, with large curved HD SmartTV, fully loaded with Netflix, Now TV and Amazon TV. Guests can also enjoy plenty of board games, puzzles and books.
  • The large double glass doors lead out onto your own spacious private patio garden, complete with bistro set with four chairs. This area is fenced off and has a BBQ.
  • There s a laundry room which has a washing machine and tumble dryer for guests to use.

Smart home features:

  • Smart & mood lighting. Motion sensors will light the way, with no need to look for the switch in Newquay Mews. If someone forgets to turn a light off the house presence sensors will know and turn the lights off automatically saving energy. If you’re having a date night or movie set the scene with the mood lighting and add some colour to your evening.
  • Blinds. Wake up to the blinds automatically opened in the morning. The home knows when sunrise is and will do open living area blinds for you. Don’t worry the bedrooms are down you so you can have that well deserved holiday lie-in.
  • Hands-free heating. Newquay Mews knows the weather and temperature in every room. It will maintain a comfortable temperature year-round automatically through the underfloor heating throughout the home. You never need to turn a thermostat dial in this smart eco-home.

Renowned for its beaches, Newquay’s are amazingly clean, and generally dotted with surfers (it is a surfing mecca). The key beaches, Towan, Lusty Glaze, Tolcarne and Great Western, are all pretty sheltered and safe for swimming, too. The surfing is unmatched – Fistral Beach offers a world-class surfing experience. Nearby Watergate Bay is perfect for kitesurfing and windsurfing, or try your hand at kayaking, coasteering, surf rafting and plenty of other adrenaline sports. A trip to Pollyjoke Beach is well worth a walk. Off the beaten track, it is a beautiful little cove set away from the main activity of Newquay. In spring, the beach is overlooked by dramatic huge fields of red poppies.

Newquay is set within a beautiful area of countryside with plenty of walks. Along with the South West Coast Path, if you want some peaceful beauty then why not opt to visit the bonsai, pagodas and ponds of The Japanese Garden?
