Once a foundry town, Wadebridge in the north of Cornwall is now a thriving Cornish hotspot just five miles upstream from the more well-known fishing village of Padstow. Straddling the River Camel, it’s probably best known for its Camel Trail; linking this town to Rock and Padstow, with 18 miles of flat cycle track which runs parallel to the River Camel. When it’s time to unwind, sink into two plush sofas and settle in with the wall-mounted Smart TV.

Step straight outside to the generously sized terrace, where holiday dining reaches the next level. A dedicated outdoor kitchen awaits, complete with a woodfired pizza oven and a premium gas BBQ for all your grilling cravings. With plenty of outdoor furniture, it’s easy to linger over long lunches and sun-soaked suppers. And when you’ve cooked (or eaten) enough, slip into the hot tub, stretch out on the lawn – a secure, generous space – or rinse off sandy toes in the heated outdoor shower after a day at the beach.

Also on this floor is the master bedroom: beautifully proportioned with striking apex beams. Thanks to its ground-floor position, you can enjoy direct access to the terrace – and the hot tub is just moments away.
