Detached property just moments from St Ives centre
A spacious and welcoming holiday home, just a short stroll from stunning St Ives, Little Eden is a well-appointed detached house in a secluded, town centre location with everything you could need to enjoy a St Ives getaway.
A house which is proud of its location, you’ll find a wide collection of Cornish art and pottery on display, a traditional granite cobblestone driveway, a restored traditional 19th-century Cornish Range, and even a recently discovered 18th-century water well at the front of the house.

Boasting a traditional AGA, alongside high-end appliances, guests will be cooking a Cornish feast in no time.
There’s a separate dining room which is flooded with the infamous St Ives light thanks to the overhead sky light, while the living room features two plush sofas, a Victorian gas fireplace reclaimed from nearby St Ives “Downalong”, Cornish oak flooring from the Tregothnan Estate and a smart TV with free-to-view Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and Disney+.
Upstairs, it’s all about a restful night’s sleep with three bedrooms. All bedrooms boast luxurious Hypnos mattresses and benefit from plenty of natural light. The first bedroom features a king-size bed, double wardrobe and with gorgeous garden views. Bedroom two can be set up as a lavish super-king size or twin beds thanks to the zip ‘n’ link mattresses. The third bedroom, is the smallest of the three, with a single bed, smart TV and plenty of storage.
A highlight for Little Eden is the recently renovated bathrooms, both featuring limestone flooring and premium touches. The main bathroom boasts a stunning William Holland copper and nickel bateau bath with traditional free-standing Lefroy Brooks bath taps, plus double sized separate shower, while the second bathroom has a freestanding shower.

Well maintained the space is wonderfully secluded, with six-person teak dining table and chairs, two relaxing sun loungers and a four-burner BBQ for al-fresco dining. The much-loved garden is home to gorgeous plants and shrubbery, creating a calm and relaxing oasis for guests to bask under the Cornish sun.

Look no further than Little Eden when Staying in St. Ives. The property is in an excellent location with an easy 5-minute walk to the center of town. Little Eden is beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. It also contains all the amenities for a perfect holiday. The off-street parking was also a huge plus.
An incredible stay, unique property that really captures the essence of St Ives as well as being luxurious and extremely thoroughly appointed. Perhaps the highest-end finishes and furnishings (copper bath, AGA stove seriously!) of any holiday let I’ve stayed at. The privacy and landscaping of the garden added a great private area to enjoy the outdoors in our own oasis. Rohan was extremely professional, communicative and all-round amazing to deal with.
The most wonderful house in St Ives, furnished and decorated beautifully with all things coastal to make it a real seaside home, with every home comfort you could wish for. We stayed for our honeymoon, and absolutely loved it! The bath- wow!! A real luxury, and topped off with dressing gowns, it really set the relaxation vibe we wanted. Providing parking, and only being a short stroll down into the town makes little Eden a perfect base to explore not only St Ives but the wider area. With such fantastic weather our only regret was not spending as much time in little Eden as we could have done!
