Upstairs, it’s all about a restful night’s sleep with three bedrooms. All bedrooms boast luxurious Hypnos mattresses and benefit from plenty of natural light. The first bedroom features a king-size bed, double wardrobe and with gorgeous garden views. Bedroom two can be set up as a lavish super-king size or twin beds thanks to the zip ‘n’ link mattresses. The third bedroom, is the smallest of the three, with a single bed, smart TV and plenty of storage.

A highlight for Little Eden is the recently renovated bathrooms, both featuring limestone flooring and premium touches. The main bathroom boasts a stunning William Holland copper and nickel bateau bath with traditional free-standing Lefroy Brooks bath taps, plus double sized separate shower, while the second bathroom has a freestanding shower.

Outside is equally impressive, with private, off-street parking for two large cars, a premium in St Ives, while the private garden is a sanctuary. Well maintained the space is wonderfully secluded, with six-person teak dining table and chairs, two relaxing sun loungers and a four-burner BBQ for al-fresco dining.
