Packed with sparkling sunshine and light, this spectacular, spacious new-build property has west facing views from on high. Look through the glass balcony over the rooftops towards the azure sea and picture-postcard coastline at Portreath … and breathe. This wonderful space is a utopia where you will relax, energise and revitalise.

Brand new, specially created for holidays, it pays superb attention to detail. Designed to perfection, the clean lines, high ceilings and wonderful decor cannot fail to impress, making this truly gorgeous, top-of-the-range holiday accommodation. Glorious in summer, underfloor air-source heating makes it consistently cosy in cooler weather, too.

Sleeping six, this three-bedroomed house in an elevated location is completely traffic-free, so it is a perfect space to retreat in complete privacy but also incredible comfort. Inside this impeccable accommodation, with its wrap-around gardens, is a luxuriously romantic master mezzanine bedroom with free-standing bath and glorious views. Two further bedrooms are on the ground floor with a high-quality shower room. The fully-equipped kitchen has bi-fold doors to the terrace – and that view …

The harbour at Portreath is only 850 yards away but be aware, it is an uphill wander back. Beautiful views look out towards the iconic Gull Rock, with mesmerising sunsets to make your day complete. Or why not view it from the hot tub with a glass of fizz?

The beach at Portreath is dog-friendly, family-friendly and a winning combination of sand/shingle. It is also a renowned surf spot, with a beach cafe and restaurant nearby. The village has three pubs, and essential small shops all with easy reach.

You need your walking legs for this property which is accessed up a steep path with no car access but you will most definitely enjoy fabulous views, dazzling design and quality furnishings, making it a holiday to remember for all the right reasons.
