Overlooking award-winning Porthminster Beach, Beach Haven at Primrose Court is an ideally located apartment for surfing, long days at the beach and exploring the famous cobbled streets of St Ives where you can enjoy the picturesque harbour more sandy beaches and a wide-ranging choice of galleries, shops and restaurants.
To enable Beach Haven’s commanding views, you’ll need to walk up 35 steps from Primrose Court car park to the top floor. Once you reach Beach Haven, guests will appreciate St Ives famous dazzling light as it streams through this two-bedroom apartment. The open-plan living area has all the amenities needed for a family holiday by the sea, with a well-equipped kitchen, a dining table comfortably seating four and two plush sofas. When you tire of the stunning sea and harbour views there’s a large SmartTV for guests to enjoy.
There’s also a generous balcony which is the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or while away an evening watching the goings on below. Sleeping four plus an infant, the master bedroom has access to the property’s sea-view balcony, has a wall-mounted TV and an ensuite with freestanding shower. The second bedroom is a twin layout, and also comes equipped with a TV, this room is positioned opposite the family bathroom which boasts a bath and shower over.
Beach Haven’s enviable location – just a stone’s throw from Porthminster Beach – allows you to enjoy all that stunning St Ives has to offer. A fabulous choice for your Cornish apartment.

Activities
St Ives is located in West Cornwall. There is plenty to do in St Ives and it is a fantastic location if you plan on exploring a little further afield too.
For beach lovers, there are plenty to choose from… Porthmeor Beach, Porthgwidden Beach, Godrevy, Porthkidney Beach or Carbis Bay to name but a few. Families and couples will enjoy relaxing on the sand or playing in the water. St Ives Surf School offers sessions for surfing, kayaking, paddleboarding and coasteering. All great fun! If you prefer to stay a little drier though, St Ives Boat Trips run sea-life safaris to see the local dolphins and seals!
One of St Ives most well-known attractions is the Tate St Ives, which is one of only four Tate galleries in the UK and is a haven for lovers of modern art. Artists praise St Ives for its beautiful light and it has inspired many pieces.
The cobbled streets of St Ives are home to many shops, galleries and cafes and most businesses are small independents or artisans. Check out Cornwall Soapbox for handmade soaps and aromatherapy products made in Cornwall!
When visiting St Ives, there are many bars, restaurants and cafes to choose from. Porthminster Kitchen regularly receives great reviews and has a strong focus on fresh local food or head to Blas Burgerworks for a tasty handcrafted burger using ingredients sourced from the area.
St Ives sits at the bottom of the A30, so if you are looking to explore more of the Cornwall coast, then this is a great base and you can book ferries for day trips to the Scilly Isles from Penzance (only a 20 minute drive away).

Beach Haven is available weekly from a Friday.

Booking fee: There is a non-refundable booking fee of £35 per booking
Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of £200 is payable. This will be held until the end of the occupancy and will be returned to the guest within 2 weeks of departure, subject to deductions for any damage to property caused during the occupancy.
Dog stays: £35/dog/week – up to 2 small dogs welcome

We had a lovely holiday and so enjoyed being in your wonderful bright apartment with sea views all around. I thought the coffee machine and the microwave and the tv were the cherries on the top of the cake. I would recommend your property to anyone.
Perfect location
We loved staying at Beach Haven !! The location was perfect for us as we have a dog who loves the beach and enjoys an early morning walk , also very convenient for kayaking as beach a stones throw away !! We would love to return to Beach Haven in the future !

A quality apartment with great Views over the beach. Fully equipped with quality fittings and comfortable beds. I recommend this apartment as a great holiday destination and value for money.
