Sleeping four, laidback luxury is offered in abundance, spoiling guests with breath-taking coastal outlooks, luxury interiors and plentiful space. What you’ll first notice as you enter Angel View is the abundance of natural light, thanks to the generous glassed exterior you are truly enveloped by the view here. An interior designer’s dream, expect sleek furnishing and total comfort. The open-plan living space is incredibly inviting, featuring prominent floor-to-ceiling windows, which wrap around almost three quarters of the ground floor; whether you’re diving into a Cornish feast around the Fritz Hansen dining table, or cosying up on the curved sofa by the integrated fire, we assure you that you’ll never tire from the views. But for when you want to shut the world out, there’s easy-to-use external electric blinds throughout most of the house.
The sea-view bar area is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning cuppa or a tipple or two, while the contemporary galley-style kitchen is at the rear of the house. Fully equipped with sleek white cabinets and premium appliances, guests can expect to find a De Longhi coffee machine, induction hob, Miele dishwasher a combi-microwave oven alongside a main oven and more. Downstairs you’ll also find a handy WC, and a plant room which is complete with washer/dryer.
Upstairs the beauty continues, with two luxurious ensuite bedrooms. The master bedroom is a real head turner, facing southwest it boasts floor-to-ceiling windows, with sweeping view across Perranuthnoe and the sea. Flick the switch for the full-length blinds, while the lavish super king-sized bed will ensure a blissful night sleep. In the morning step out to the private balcony with chairs and a table for two, offering unrivalled views for your morning coffee. The master bedroom also comes complete with a contemporary en suite not only featuring a freestanding shower but a generously-sized bath, too. The second bedroom doesn’t disappoint, with a similar offering expect floor-to-ceiling windows, with a private balcony surrounded by countryside views, your own ensuite shower room and a king-sized zip and link bed. Both bedrooms have its own smartTV and plenty of storage for your holiday.
For those that want to mix business with pleasure, there’s also a large study area upstairs which also features its own balcony as well as a chaise-lounge style plush sofa, modern desk and office chair.
With a house as spectacular as Angel View, guests won’t be dissatisfied by the property’s exterior. There’s 600 square meters of Millboard decking wrapping around the house, which is elevated to take full advantage of the views that surround it. Somewhat of a sanctuary, enjoy Cornish palms, Olive trees and manicured shrubbery as well as a plethora of outdoor furniture options, such as loungers and a large concrete resin table, bench and stools. Celebrating its enviable coastal setting there are also some fabulous rock formations to admire, while the electric grill BBQ allows guests to cook up a storm.
Angel View offers a truly luxurious coastal getaway. Less than a five-minute stroll, join up to the coast path and you’re at Perranuthnoe Beach, a mile to the east you’ll reach Marazion, with stunning views of St Michael’s Mount and within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. You may choose to head west, where you have the charming village of Mousehole and stunning St Ives. You’re also just five minutes away from the pretty-in-pink award-winning village pub, The Victoria Inn, so you’re well placed to make the most of what Cornwall has to offer.

Perranuthnoe sits on the south coast around a mile to the east of Marazion, with stunning views of St Michael’s Mount and within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. With its secluded sandy beach, with views of the rugged Cornish coast, Perranuthnoe is a rather picturesque village.
Beach lovers are spoilt with Perranuthnoe beach. Easily accessible via a slip way or some steep steps, at low tide it’s a sandy beach with some shingle, while at high tide the beach is mostly claimed by the sea. Clean with great water quality, when the conditions are right you’ll find plenty of surfers here. It’s lifeguarded during the summer months, and dogs are allowed on the beach before 8am and after 7pm from the 1st May to 30th September, outside of these months dogs are allowed at anytime.
There are three places to eat in Perranuthnoe. The Victoria Inn, just 300 metres from the beach, is one of the oldest inns in Cornwall. It also serves award-wining food, and local beverages. The Cabin sits right on top of the beach with stunning sea views. And in the heart of the village is The Peppercorn Cafe serving Cornish roasted coffee and locally sourced dishes.
Beautiful Marazion is just over a mile away and is the gateway to the tidal island of St Michael’s Mount. Follow the path of the ancient pilgrims by walking the stone and cobbled path across Mount’s Bay to reach the island, or at high tide that is a ferry that will take you out and bring you back. There are lots of water based activities for the energetic including windsurfing, kitesurfing, jet skiing and sailing. On Chapel Rock and Marazion harbour, there are numerous rock pools to explore and above the beach there is a large park for the little ones to enjoy.
Praa Sands is a 10 minute drive away, with an access to access beach, great for families and has a huge expanse of golden sands that children will love building their sandcastles in. The South West coast path offers stunning views in this part of Cornwall, walkers and cyclists might like to head slightly inland to take on the 12km Bodmin Beast Cycle Trail.
If you wish to venture a little further afield, you’re close to Penzance. Also, the artist town of St Ives is just over 10 miles north of Perranuthnoe, where you can visit the Tate St Ives, indulge in a spot more shopping and admire the pretty backstreets. Lucky visitors might also catch a glimpse of the harbour seals.

Booking fee: There is a non-refundable booking fee of £35 per booking
Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of £500 is payable. This will be held until the end of the occupancy and will be returned to the guest within 2 weeks of departure, subject to deductions for any damage to property caused during the occupancy.
Dog stays: £50 per week – one dog welcome with prior permission.
