There’s a 55″ Apple TV, Blu-ray player, and a Bowers & Wilkins sound system for your entertainment, while the sleek kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including a Nespresso Magimix coffee machine and there’s a large breakfast bar complete with stools.

Sleeping up to six guests, there are three stylish bedrooms to choose from. The master bedroom is a property highlight, featuring a lavish super king-size bed, smart TV, and its own ensuite, complete with double sinks and large walk-in shower. Let’s not forget the glass fronted Juliet balcony, providing mesmerising sea views without even lifting your head from the pillow.

The second bedroom, affectionately known as the blue room, boasts a king-size bed and ensuite shower room, plus its own patio doors leading to a private sheltered sun-soaked courtyard. The third bedroom, can be arranged as a twin or a generous super-king, it also opens out onto its own outdoor seating area and is just steps from the family bathroom, fitted with a bath with shower over and WC.

Practical touches are considered throughout – a separate utility room houses a washer/dryer and an electric BBQ for use on the balcony. Outside, there’s a shared outdoor shower, perfect after a sandy day on nearby Porthminster Beach. A private locked storage space is available too, ideal for stowing wetsuits and beach gear.
