A sweeping driveway brings you to the front of this outstanding property, giving a sense of just how special this house is before you even step inside. Through the pillared porch, you’ll find yourself in the grand entrance hall steeped in its historic past and sympathetically furnished throughout with a storage area for coats and belongings, a toy chest for outdoor games, a seating area for a quiet game of chess or backgammon, a useful WC and washroom along with grand staircase upstairs. Heading left, you’ll enter into the cosy yet spacious snug with sumptuous sofas and window seats, so light the wood burner and unwind after a busy day by watching your favourite film or Sky (Basic package) on the Smart TV. From here, step into the stunning kitchen/breakfast room which has been finished to an incredibly high specification and offers an oil-fired AGA, two electric ovens and hob, a large fridge, two dishwashers, air fryer, coffee machine, popcorn machine and the walk-in pantry with a second large fridge. The washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer and microwave can be found in a separate utility room. Play your favourite songs on the Bluetooth speakers and start planning your day at the kitchen table with seating for seven next to the original feature fireplace or enjoy your morning coffee at the breakfast bar. Next to the entrance is the stylish formal dining room with plenty of seating for fourteen and views across the front lawn. From the kitchen step outside into the courtyard, the perfect space to enjoy your morning coffee of a morning, as well as enjoying an evening tipple under the gorgeous outdoor lighting. Play boules on the lawn, a game of football or even badminton. Try your hand at table tennis or watch the children play on the rope swing amongst the trees.
