Situated on a private lane just 100 metres from Mawgan Porth’s sandy beach, the collection of homes have been designed to soak up the evening sun with views across the valley towards the coast and sea.

Using high-quality materials, appliances and technology, this contemporary property has been immaculately finished with style as well as substance.
The open plan living area boasts a top-of-the-range gas fireplace, two plush sofas and a SmartTV complete with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and a Sonos soundbar. The property also benefits from Sonos ceiling speakers and audio streaming to the living area and master bedroom. The technology doesn’t stop there, with remote controlled mood lighting to living area, master suite and balcony areas.
The well-equipped modern kitchen is a delightful cooking space complete with breakfast bar area and two stools. As to be expected the attention to detail is faultless, with a built-in Quooker hot tap, induction hob, dishwasher, and sleek and highly durable Quartz work surfaces. There’s also integrated handle lighting system creating perfect mood lighting. Coffee lovers will appreciate the Nespresso coffee machine and there’s also a Dualit toaster. The utility cupboard has a washing machine/dryer and a Dyson Cordless Vacuum Cleaner.
The four bedrooms are all generous sizes, sleeping eight guests in total. The two king sized rooms (one on each floor) each have their own ensuites with freestanding showers. On the ground floor there is a further double bedroom and twin room. The family bathroom is bright and airy, complete with a large freestanding bath.
And the outside is just as inviting. With two south-facing sun terraces at the back of the property, there’s plenty of space to relax. Kick back on the sumptuous corner garden sofa, and cook up a storm on the BBQ. Guests can also rinse the beach off by making use of the external hot shower. At the front there’s a balcony with two sun loungers and bistro table and chairs to seat six. The front lawn lead to two private parking spaces, just outside the house.
Mawgan Porth is located in a beautiful area of Cornwall, along the breathtaking North Cornish coast between Newquay and Padstow. 6 The Shore is only a short walk from the beach and local amenities including shops, cafés, a pub and an award-winning spa resort. Plus its only a few minutes drive from Cornwall Newquay Airport, where there are daily one-hour flights from London Gatwick and other parts of the UK.
Mawgan Porth is the perfect location to relax just 100m from The Shore. Boasting acres of soft golden sand for all age groups to enjoy. In contrast to the huge, rugged north Cornwall cliffs, this award-winning west-facing beach is brilliant for sandcastles, but also rewards you with spectacular all-year-round sunsets, rock pooling, body boarding and beach walking. If you are a nature lover, there are wonderfully scenic walks along the cliff tops here, jewelled in summer with sea pinks and gorse. The cliff geology provides a dramatic backdrop to the gentle flat of the bay, dominated by rugged rocks.
Mawgan Porth is a mere 4 miles from Newquay, and not far from Padstow so you’re in a great location to explore what Cornwall has to offer.

Booking fee: There is a non-refundable booking fee of £28 per booking
Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of £300 is payable. This will be held until the end of the occupancy and will be returned to the guest within 2 weeks of departure, subject to deductions for any damage to property caused during the occupancy.
