The property also benefits from Sonos ceiling speakers and audio streaming to the living area and master bedroom. The technology doesn’t stop there, with remote controlled mood lighting to living area, master suite and balcony areas.

The well-equipped modern kitchen is a delightful cooking space complete with breakfast bar area and two stools. As to be expected the attention to detail is faultless, with a built-in Quooker hot tap, induction hob, dishwasher, and sleek and highly durable Quartz work surfaces.
