It isn’t mandatory that you accept pets at your property, but if your holiday home is suitable for dogs (with plenty of outdoor spaces for furry friends to explore), we do recommend that you accept dogs as you’ll attract a far larger pool of bookings. We charge guests extra for pets (between £35-£50 per dog, per week) to cover the additional cleaning required, and we stipulate how many dogs are allowed with a prior agreement put in place.

How do you protect my house from damage?

We charge guests a non-negotiable damage deposit, which is set between £200-£600, depending on the property size.

Do I have to use one of your recommended housekeepers or cleaning companies if I already employ one?
