There plenty for you and your dog to love in St Ives. If it’s a dog-friendly beach you’re after then head to Bamuluz Bay or Lambeth Walk Beach which welcome four-legged friends all-year round, or perhaps you want to explore the coastal paths around St Ives with your pooch, one thing’s for sure, all this exploring will build up quite the appetite and there’s no shortage of dog-friendly restaurants, cafes and pubs here.
Our dog-friendly cottages in St Ives will ensure the best holiday for everyone. Most popular options include Salubrious House, walk to the gate at the bottom of the garden and you’re at dog-friendly beach Bamuluz Bay in just five minutes. Up to two dogs can stay at Treleigh, which has fabulous outdoor space for dogs to enjoy.
In and around St Ives there’s plenty for you to do with your dog. Why not head over to Porthkidney Beach via the South West Coast Path, it’s is 2 miles from St Ives and the beach is huge, giving dogs plenty of space to play.
To refuel after walkies, The Sloop Inn takes pride of place on the harbour at St Ives, for a traditional Cornish Inn, where your dog is welcome both inside and out. Or head to one of many St Ives restaurants with sea view, The Rum & Crab Shack has an elevated position, views of the harbour and St Ives Bay, and your four-legged friends are welcome to join you.
