Our Collection of Hot Tub Cottages in Bude

A short stroll from the undulating South West Coast Path, situated between Bude and Widemouth Bay, Meadowside’s secluded hot tub awaits. Let the young ones enjoy the children’s play area, while the adults appreciate a soak.

After a day surfing the waves at award-winning Crooklets Beach, guests at Firethorn will love having a bubbling hot tub to return to.

Hot Tub Health Benefits During Your Bude Stay

Time spent in a hot tub is bliss, but during your holiday in Bude, your body and mind will appreciate it more than ever. There’s no doubt you’ll have a fun-packed holiday, however an adventure-filled break can leave your body feeling tired.

A cottage with a hot tub, is the answer. It’s not just an excuse for a soak, being submerged in hot water widens your blood vessels, which in turn lowers your blood pressure and can help you relax.

Your muscles will thank you too as the warm water increases blood flow as vessels widen, this helps transport lactic acid and other toxins away from tired muscles and stimulates nerve endings. And that’s not all, it’s also been reported that people who regularly use hot tubs have lower levels of stress hormones and higher levels of endorphins, which have mood-boosting effects, helping your mind shut off during your time away.

Time spent soaking in a hot tub also promotes improved circulation and better-quality sleep as raising your body temperature relaxes your muscles, so guests will sleep soundly ready to face the next day of their holiday.

How We Care For Our Hot Tubs

Our Bude holiday cottages with hot tubs give guests exclusive use of their own private hot tub, and we make sure that when guests arrive, everything has been cleaned to the highest of standards. All of our hot tub properties are compliant with HSG282 regulations for hot tubs in holiday rentals, as special maintenance is put in place to ensure the hygiene of our hot tub properties.

Cleaning and any maintenance is undertaken at each changeover, and we use both specialist companies and BISHTA (The British and Irish Spa and Hot Tub Association) trained cleaners to carry out each clean, so that our hot tubs are safe for the next users.

Relaxing Evenings in Your Hot Tub

Our Bude hot tub cottages are located in peaceful parts of the town and surrounding areas, meaning you’ll be able to fully unwind in your private hot tub. Embrace the slower pace and enjoy your hot tub in the evening when the temperatures drops and you’ll fully appreciate the warming water on your skin.

Guests will also notice how bright the stars are here, with less light pollution, look out for shooting stars with the sound of the ocean beyond, it’s quite magnificent. It is said that winter is generally the best time for stargazing with clearer skies, plus it gets dark much earlier.

Hot tubs offer something different in each season, and can be used all year round. You may choose to start your summer’s day with a morning dip, or when it’s chilly outside it’s just the ticket for warming up.
