Common questions
Check the chosen property’s opening season and your booking terms. Cottage availability does not automatically mean the hot tub is available. Advance requests, charges and arrival-day heating arrangements can vary.

Northcott Cabin describes its outdoor hot tub separately from the bathroom Jacuzzi and the swimming pool at Court Farm, about 4.5 miles away. Brock’s Beach House lists a seasonal hot-tub charge. Check the chosen property’s current booking notes before comparing prices.
Read the individual facilities and photographs to establish exclusive or shared use, screening and access. Ask about anything that is unclear before booking.
Check whether the individual cottage accepts dogs, any charge and its house rules. Permission to bring a dog does not mean pets can enter the hot tub. Check current beach restrictions when planning walks.
Enter your dates and follow the individual property’s booking or enquiry option. Minimum stays, hot-tub charges and arrival arrangements vary. Confirm the total price and essential facilities in the current quote.
