Where to Stay for Padstow Christmas Fayre

When the festive season arrives in Cornwall, Padstow’s harbour will once again transform into a glittering hub of Christmas cheer for the Padstow Christmas Fayre, running Thursday 4 – Sunday 7 December 2025. The event marks a fresh chapter for Padstow’s much-loved winter celebration, evolving from the former Padstow Christmas Festival while keeping its community heart.

Building on its cherished traditions, the four-day fayre will showcase the best of Cornwall’s food, drink and artisan crafts, with a harbourside market perfect for festive feasts and special presents. On the demonstration stage, some of the county’s most celebrated chefs will share tips and festive recipes — Rick Stein and Paul Ainsworth are already confirmed to headline, with more names to be announced.

Beyond the flavours and aromas, the harbour will come alive with seasonal entertainment, including a lantern parade, carol singing and a spectacular firework display lighting up the winter sky. Families can enjoy a host of activities, while the scent of mulled wine, roasted chestnuts and sweet treats drifts through the air.

Blending warm community spirit with the charm of a harbourside celebration, the Padstow Christmas Fayre offers a magical festive escape — whether you’re here for the food, the shopping, or simply to soak up the atmosphere.
