Perched atop National Trust owned Sandymouth Beach is Sandymouth Café – the perfect pitstop after the incline from the beach, or perhaps you’ve picked up the coast path from neighbouring seaside town Bude?
Open from Easter to October, this adorable cafe has a delectable menu, offering locally-made Cornish favourites such as cream teas, pasties and refreshing ice cream. You’ll also find generously-filled paninis and sandwiches, and hearty breakfast options.
Serving delicious Puro fair-trade coffee, the cafe is licensed too. Take a seat on the decking with fabulous sea views – where dogs are welcome too – or there are seats inside, but dogs aren’t allowed.
