Just when you think Carbis Bay Estate can’t offer any more, the portfolio add another string to its bow… and it’s a rather tasty one.
Located in a prime position overlooking the award winning white sandy beach, Walter’s on the Beach is open for lunch, dinner, bar snacks and a pretty tantalising cocktail menu.
But what can you expect to eat? The menu has been prepared by the executive chef at Carbis Bay, Andrew Houghton, and it’s safe to say there’s a dish for everyone. Appealing to those with international tastes, but also bringing in the British classics; one table could be enjoying cheese on toast, while the next is tucking into Korean chicken. One thing the dishes have in common though, is they’re undeniably tasty. As you’d assume with a location by the sea, there’s a bounty of fresh fish and seafood on the menu too.
