A Cornish Cocktail: Porthilly Distillery’s Porthilly 75

One of the all-time greatest gin cocktail classics. Crisp and refreshing and altogether grown-up.

Serves 1

INGREDIENTS

• 45ml Cornish Coastal Gin
• 15ml fresh lemon juice
• 5ml 2:1 sugar syrup
• 75ml Champagne
• Lemon twist to garnish

METHOD

Combine the lemon juice, sugar syrup and gin in a shaker. Add ice and shake.

Fine strain into a flute and top with Champagne.
