All of St Ives’ experiences can be easily reached with a 5 minute walk from the property. A myriad of restaurants, beaches and art galleries are at your fingertips.
Westcott is located right above an all-year-round dog walking beach which makes this a perfect location for those who wish to bring their canine companions with them.
This property is very closely located to nearby bus and train services. The train station offers pay and display parking for those who wish to venture further by train and is also ideally located for access to the town centre.

Please note: there is an historic footpath that runs through the courtyard to another private residence situated at the rear of the property. This walkway is only for access to the other property and is NOT open to the general public - only guests staying at the the other property have access to this footpath. In general it is hardly used by guests of the other house (as they have another access point) but on occasion it may be used to gain rear access.
