Situated in the very heart of St Ives No 3 Bullans Cottage is the ideal getaway for couples or small families wanting a beautiful romantic & relaxing break.

Just a mere five minute walk from the cobblestoned streets of St Ives’ historic town centre and miles of crisp sandy beaches, No3 Bullans Cottage is the place to be if you’re looking to relax and unwind.

No3 is a quirky and unique cottage with a beautifully maintained three-tier garden. This wonderful 2 bedroom cottage has everything that you could possibly need during your stay and is tastefully decorated throughout with some rather unique flourishes that brings this quaint cottage to life.

No3 Bullans Cottage has two well-proportioned bedrooms -  with the tastefully decorated  master bedroom boasting a comfy king size bed with views looking out on to the three-tiered garden and across the rooftops of St Ives. The second bedroom has two single beds ideal; if you have children with you or are expecting an additional guest to come and visit. On the landing you will find the bathroom with wash basin, loo and shower.

Downstairs there is a lovely sitting room, again with views over the garden, where you can relax with a glass of wine or two after a day of exploring Cornwall’s rugged landscapes.

No3 is a truly wonderful Cornish cottage with plenty of character – hardwood floors throughout, stable-yard style front door, exposed beams and granite walls – you can’t help but fall in love with its Cornish charm.

The well-maintained three-tiered, paved garden has two separate seating areas with a wooden deck on the lowest tier; with solid wood table and chairs for those days and nights where you fancy some alfresco dining or unwinding with an ice cold bottle of local Cornish Scrumpy.

No3 Bullans Cottage is ideally located in the heart of St Ives. A short walk will take you into the centre of town where you can amble along its cobblestoned streets down to the historic waterfront and harbour with its majestic views over the waters towards the famous historical Godrevy Lighthouse and golden sands of Gwithian.
